Just off the grand boulevard Paseo Montejo a block from the lovely Santa Ana church and park our 5 bedroom Villa is the perfect location to explore historic Merida. The ideal vacation home for a large family or group of close friends. This newly renovated colonial home has a modern kitchen and master bedroom suite. Salvador Reyes designed this house for the needs of just such a growing family.
Centered around the first courtyard with it’s peaceful lily pond are three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. At the heart of the house are the kitchen and dining room. They open onto a ample tile covered portico and fragrant garden. Off a shaded arcade alongside the pool is a convenient service area with a washroom, bathroom and a small bedroom for children or servants. In a new and separate building is the modern master suite. It has a covered porch as well as a large roof terrace that overlooks the stonewalled garden.
On Paseo Montejo are the mansions of Yucatan’s guilded age. They now house many restaurants, shops and gallerys. The Museum of Anthropology is the logical place to launch your visit as it provides a valuable frame for the history and culture of the Mayans and the ruins that surround Merida. Two new boutique hotels by the same architect and designer as Villa Santa Ana are opening on the Paseo nearby . The La Rosa will have fine restaurant and the Sant’Angel has a café bakery and Fonart Giftshop with the finest crafts selected from all over Mexico. The neaby Café Impala and the Sorbeteria de Colon are Yucatecan institutions ideal for people watching and shade seeking.

Rates
Because of the unique configuration of this property we can offer to rent from 3 to 5 bedrooms. Whatever you chose to rent with Villa Santa Ana you would have exclusive use of the property while you are there.
The choices are:
3 bedrooms-3 bathrooms
This would include the Casa Colonial which has 3 queen bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the house. A third bathroom is beside the pool.
4 bedrooms
This would include the Casa Colonial and the master suite which is a detatched modern addition. It also has a queen bed with it's own bathroom and seating at the end of the pool patio.
5 bedrooms would include the pool room. Which has a single bed and uses the pool bathroom.
